ORDER
THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the parties' Joint Stipulation of Mootness and
Withdrawal of Plaintiff's Emergency Motion (DE 205) and Defendant's Motion for Leave to File
Under Seal the parties' Joint Stipulation of Mootness and Withdrawal of Plaintiffs Emergency
Motion (DE 204). The Court has reviewed the Motions and the record and is otherwise fully
advised in the premises. It is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) Defendant's Motion for Leave to File Under Seal the parties' Joint Stipulation of
Mootness and Withdrawal of Plaintiff's Emergency Motion (DE 204) is GRANTED;
(2) Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for Contempt and associated Motion to file same under
seal (DE's 194 and 195) are DENIED AS MOOT.
