This is an Addendum to that certain contract by and between-
as "Seller" and DONNA WARD, as "Buyer" pertaining to the 'Property" described as:
I. 11w terms of this addendum shall control over any conflicting terms in the Contract.
2. Any changes in the Contract made by Buyer and not specifically initiated by Seller shall bo

3. Paragraphs Id and to of the Contract are modified to provide that only fbmishings and personal
property that %treat the Property before Octobcr,2013, whenSeller tookpossession of the Property
are included in the purchase and Seller may remove all other items prior to closing. Seller will
