THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Motion for Protective Order of
Defendant, BRADLEY J. EDWARDS. The Court heard argument of counsel and entered
an Order requiring the specific records requested in Paragraphs 1 through 6 to be
provided to the Court in camera. The Court has now concluded its in camera inspection of
the records, and based upon the foregoing, it is
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Counter-Plaintiff,
BRADLEY J. EDWARDS' Motion for Protective Order is hereby granted and his objections
to the production of documents are sustained at present without prejudice. The Clerk of
Court is hereby directed to file under seal said records produced for in camera inspection
and attached to the original hereof.
