This is to advise that as of September 1, 2011, Falcon Insurance and Meridian Insurance
Group are appointed Broker of Record with respects to Global Aerospace. This
appointment rescinds all previous appointments, and the authority contained herein shall
remain is force until canceled in writing by us. We also agree to waive the normal waiting
period granted the incumbent agent in order for this appointment to be made effective
immediately, as no rescinding letter will be issued. Any deficiencies, errors, omissions
created by previous insurance brokers or representatives shall not be the responsibility of
either Falcon Insurance Agency or of Meridian Insurance Group, and in making this
appointment we relieve them from such liability.
