I composed the attached for Leon quite some time ago but thought it would be relevant to pass on to you if we
are going to proceed to do takeout financing. Unfortunately, I was not able to catch the Captain and request a
value survey before the boat came out of drydock as you and I had spoke about a little while ago-I will check
