the claim is the first one is for FY12 somehow and the second one is for FY13. The claim hangs on the second
one not vesting at all the first time. This is all just the moving target that is the comp plan. I am not sure I could
possibly explain it--it sort of just happens to you.
Here are the two grant documents--the second page has the grant number which lines up with the spreadsheet

there seems to be 2 seperate grants in sept of 2012. ? one on sept 7 and the other sept 10?
