Requesting Approval to proceed with the repair of Stucco at the Main House
and Ranch Central.
Cost:$26,800.00 plus Tax
Vendor: 3 B's
Quote and Example pictures of damaged areas, attached.
The Plan would be to do Stucco repairs this year and then have paint company
do a sample of paint finish to match existing finish on one wall for your
approval.
Once paint finish has been approved, then would schedule paint next year in
the early spring.
