As of 12/15/10 the total number of JEE days presence in the U.S. computed
pursuant to IRC Reg. 937-1 amounts to as follows:

(Remaining days in the year) 16
Thus, if JEE spends the rest of the year in the US, he would have only a total of 85
days in the US -- less that the permitted 90 days. This allows for "errors" in
documentation or otherwise.
