Attached are the manager daily operations manuals — which your housing should have something similar and have to make it applicable. This is
monthly notes for managers and maintenance notes. Again the housing structure in 12 month program. In regard to restaurants if you are to follow all
the documents have and including for line employees you will actually take 90% of all variables out of each equation.
