Hello Mr. Epstein,
Hope all is well.
I took a few photos of the mechanical building north wall. The recent rain has bubbled this wall and continues to
compromise the outer wall that could lead to more evasive damage.
I passed 2 bids on to Brice that I got several months ago. I can send them to you if you would like to see. One
was from the company that did the roof tiles and he seemed pretty knowledgeable of the structure. Please
advise if you would like me to follow up.
