As as soon as we have the wire on the partial payment (almost complete) for past due bills which unfortunately took
until today to get confirmation on. Caused severe internal difficulties and a last minute avoidance so far of the
withdrawal motion being filed. JEE by email wire should have been sent. Confirm with Rich.
