See attached itemized conceptual budget for the structural repairs to the 2nd floor bed / bath rooms.
Due to the structural unforeseen nature of this repair, we will only perform this as a time and material contract.
Unfortunately until we demo the 2nd floor floor sheeting and expose the failing floor truss system, we cannot estimate or
design the materials needed for the repair so that is listed as "TR' on the budget.
I am waiting on a couple of additional estimates to compare for the other proposals previously submitted.
