pricing on engines (2) are as follows:
flat rate for work scope per engine: 138,900
not to exceed price for work scope per engine: 325,000
their initial deposit request is 50% of 325,000 (not the 138,900) totaling 162,500 deposit per engine
should i question this with vendor or send funds (162,500 x 2 = 365,000)?
please advise
