Note: This Section States you can use "bank" in the designation of an IBE's business. I am looking in the
Corporate statutes to see what limitations there are about the use of the word bank in the name of the
Corporation. FYI, if allowed to use in the name of the Corporation and you want to change the name, you have
to amend the articles of incorporation and the IBE statute also says you have to get director approval before you
amend your articles of incorporation
