Swelling in the legs/and lower extremities has not improved, and is possibly worse. I am scheduled for 8:30am
phlebotomy at Lenox Hill tomorrow which I am planning on doing. OK?
My wife, Katinka Matson, talked to Eric Topol, MD who has some ideas, one of which is that I should be in the
hospital as of tomorrow. He's willing to talk to you in this regard.

Kuttnick says he can't get me into hospital other than going to emergency room at Lenox Hill. I would rather be
at better place. Topol completely disagrees with his treatment. Below I am attaching test results. Ready for Rony

This is very helpful, Katinka
He clearly has heart failure by the echocardiogram report and needs
treatment for that. That hasnqt even started yet.
And the polycythemia is severe, with a high erythropoietin hormone level,
which remains a mystery do far as to root cause
The hematologistqs note suggests he is competent and on it. He just needs
a solid cardiologist now.
