It looks like Leon and Debra found a buyer for the Arizona residence. I have not been involved in the marketing or sale of
the residence (Leon's sister Judy was handling and did not need my help) but yesterday Melanie sent over some draft title
insurance company documents in connection with the sale. One of these documents references a contract sale price of
$1,487,50000 (I have not seen the sale contract).
Rich J. -- Attached is 1999 HUD settlement statement showing what Leon and Debra paid for the property. I don't have
any other information of documentation regarding the property.
I will let you know if I hear anything further.
