when darren read attached agreement he had concerns on whether or not 13,000 sy / 1500 tons was accurate for
scope of work and was unclear on how that number was established
please advise if you want language to firmly hold better roads responsible that 13,000 sy / 1500 tons covers all
5 phases below or that document is ok as is and any overages will be billed at $300 per ton

Attached is the contract from Better Roads to complete the asphalt paving of LSJE. JE has given permission
for the project to begin June 15th - Rich negotiated and JE approved the price of $512,500 and JE approved
and we will be delivering the 1/3 deposit.
Please review and comment if you have any concerns.
