Small scale LNG and The Small scale LNG Supply Chain
A supply chain for SS LNG does not differ from similar supply chains for other liquid fuels like diesel and
fuel oil. From the source, be it a LNG plant or an import terminal, the LNG could be moved by ship (to
coastal customers) or by standard semi-trailers and rail-cars to a local storage at the customer's site where
it is vaporized and piped to the customer's point-of-use. See enclosed presentation.
