called the FBI
National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) to report that he has a female
friend (UNSUB) who recruited women for Jeffrey Epstein.
Summer provided the following information:
UNSUB traveled, and recruited women Epstein. Summer has tried to convince
UNSUB to provide the information to authorities, but she fears the
powerful people who attended these parties. Summer is unsure when this
took place but mentioned 10 or 15 year ago.
UNSUB would like to know what type of protection she can receive if she
were to provide the information.
