Please find attached the Executive Summary of a report of the Department of Justice's Office of Professional
Responsibility (OPR), which covers OPR's investigation into the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District
of Florida's resolution of its 2006-2008 federal criminal investigation of Jeffrey Epstein and its interactions with
victims during the investigation.
A copy of the Executive Summary was provided to affected victims able to attend today's meeting in Miami,
Florida, which just concluded. For your information, we are also in the process of distributing the full report to
members of Congress who requested the report. Please note that due to relevant privacy laws, DOJ is not
publicly distributing the full report, but members of Congress may choose to do so. If that occurs, DOJ will
circulate to you a link to the full report.
