Hey Vahe,
I spoke to Daphne and we do not need a POA for Darren to get 7500. If Jeffrey
and Darren sign this document and returns to us, and Jeffrey writes a check,
Darren can walk into the branch (provided he has ID) and cash the check for
7500. Can you send this to Darren for Jeffrey to fill out/sign?
Daphne is calling Charlie now to determine what more can be done to get the
exception for the rest of the 40k.
