Approvers for Product Teams: 10MM and above :
Custody: Barry Morris, Scott Guest, and Michael Lantz (or their designees) will be the Level 2 approvers for the Custody business.
An approval from any one of the above (or their designees) will constitute full approval.
Premium Banking Services Group: Anthony Western, Arthur Tremblay, or Charlie Burrows (Daphne Cales is back up approver) (or
their designees) will be the Level 2 approvers for the Premium Banking Services Group. An approval from any one of the above (or
their designees) will constitute full approval.
Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM): Lisa Combatti, Oliver Esslinger, Mary Keaveney and Deepak Puri (or their
designees) will be the Level 2 approvers for the DPM. An approval from any one of the above (or their designees) will constitute full
approval.
Trust: David Wolkenbrod, Paul Betts, Edward Golden, or Andrew Gallivan (or their designees) will be the Level 2 approvers for the
Trust. An approval from any one of the above (or their designees) will constitute full approval.
Each of the product teams will be responsible to implement their own KOPs for this process.
