Please advise your client " Jeffrey Epstein " that the processing of third party checks and
improperly endorsed checks is a violation of the Remote Deposit Capture User Agreement.
On 02/15/18 check payable to "Southern Financial" in the amount of $1,820.00 was deposited into
the above named account.
Please advise your client to be more diligent in reviewing the checks before scanning them. If the
situation continues, the bank may be forced to remove the client's deposit scanning privileges.
