our recent policy requires the following information for al beneficiaries:
• Name
• Date of Birth
• Social Security Number
• Photo ID
The above information will be needed la the beneficiaries of the following trusts:
• The Haze Trust
• The Butterfly Trust
• The 2007 Jeffrey E Epstein Insurance Trust 13
