Hope all is well. For our final portion of the annual review, we are updating the trust accounts on file to be in line with our
current KYC policy. For all trusts, our recent policy requires the following information for all beneficiaries:
• Name
• Date of Birth
• Social Security Number
• Photo ID
The above information will be needed for the beneficiaries of the following trusts:
• The Haze Trust
• The Butterfly Trust
• The 2007 Jeffrey E Epstein Insurance Trust #3
