hereby certify that each of Richard Kahn, a Director and the Treasurer of the
Corporation, and Jeanne Brennan and Harry Beller, both of whom are accountants of
the Corporation, individually, are authorized by the Corporation with full inquiry
capabilities with respect to all accounts of the Corporation now or hereafter opened
and maintained with Deutsche Bank.
