Hope you had a very Merry Christmas! The above KYC was approved with a
temporary exception. The exception was for a missing Operating Agreement for
the New York Strategy Group LLC. The sole owner, Darren Indyke, cannot find
the Operating Agreement. What would you accept in lieu of this to get rid of
the exception?
