I have the DBTCNA form ready for submission. I am attaching it along with
my backup. Please let me know if/when you would like to review.
I was able to get on the website and upload the data and save it. Once you
have reviewed it I am able to submit it.
I am just waiting on information from Karen Wannenmacher and then I will be
ready to submit the DBNTC.
