policy. For all trusts, our recent policy requires the following information
for all beneficiaries:
Name
Date of Birth
Social Security Number
Photo ID
The above information will be needed for the beneficiaries of the following
trusts:
The Haze Trust
The Butterfly Trust
The 2007 Jeffrey E Epstein Insurance Trust #3
