Paul has been building an inventory finance business for third party sellers
on Amazon. It's growing to the point where he needs to be looking at
external funding sources for debt against the receivables pool.
Baxter used to run credit structuring at DB and is now at O'Connor Capital
Solutions. I think he's a great first call on this and you'll both get
along well.
