Hi Stewart,
The below User has not upgraded to the RDC 8.2.14 software. The deadline is
January 31st, but we want everyone upgraded by next week in case of any
problems.
Once the deadline passes they won't be able to login.
Instructions are attached for their convenience. They can call Firdaus
Madiar (212)454-2238 or myself if they're having difficulties upgrading the
software.
