Does the trust doc require a letter from both? I think they are happy to
have the check made out to Lesley. They were also wondering whether a check
made out to Caterpillar could be endorsed over to someone else by them?

I think that's okay but both trustees need to send a signed letter telling
us who it's to be made out. We can't make that decision for them.

We have not succeeded in re-opening the account for the trust.
As an alternative, we can issue a check in the amount of the rejected wire
and mail it to the address of record (Mr Epstein's address in St Thomas).
The check will be payable to the trust.
