Dario,
Both Haig and I reached out over the weekend to Paul. I spent some time on
Saturday with him which I thought was very constructive. He's engaged and very
interested in the position. Most importantly to him, it offers the
opportunities to expand his role to LatAm and have a personal impact on
developing a strategically important business within a global bank. He
recognizes that at JP he will always be a cog in a wheel, but can move the
needle at DB.
