Hi Chip, I hope all is well. Following-up on our conversation this morning, we wanted to circle back with you on whether
you had a chance to connect with Stuart Clarke regarding Jeffrey. The onboarding of Jeffrey's entities is still pending for
some parts of CB&S (primarily equities), as they evaluate the current press. We believe senior level guidance will provide
the clarity needed for CB&S to take the next steps on the pending onboarding.
