Jeffrey fyi, you may recall that we discussed Suntex Marinas earlier this
year. They had a successful first close and will have another on Sep. 30th
at the same terms. I think the evolution of the deal structure has been
very positive for investors and they have a strong acquisition pipeline. If
this is something you or a client may want to look at, just let us know and
the team will send updated info.
