As discussed, the U.S. Department of Treasury has announced a further extension of the Temporary
Guarantee Program for Money Market Funds through September 18. 2009 Funds that the Epstein
relationship currently holds and that ARE included in this extension are the following
JPM Pnme Money Market Fund
JPM New York Municipal Money Market Fund
JPM Tax Free Money Market
n° Under the program, shareholders are Insured on their balances up to the amount held by participating
funds as of the close of business 9/18109.
