What if I (we) created a massive DAF at the IFC which is the private sector arm of the
world bank.
It would mean super easy access to all countries around the world plus all the banks
advisory services and combined inputs including our reinsurance arm (non honoring
of sovereign obligation products)

Way cooler than trying to create it elsewhere.
It's all private sector not charity. But can be high risk and do blended finance w all
types of stuff and also leverage govt money.
Bet I could get soros and zuckerberg and maybe even bill to do it.
I would run it and create it at IFC
