RIDS confirmed the possibility to "redact" remotely.
Hybrid/Program and have TDYrs come to Winchester and get trained in FDPS (redacting system) for (1 week or 2 weeks)
pending the input from RIDS trainers and then have TDYrs go back to the field office and redact from the field office.
