Hi - yes this is regarding the civil case. I will forward the information I receive soon as I get it. The civil
suit has been pressing the estate to let victims be eligible for compensation/ restitution. My understanding is the
AG in St. Thomas recently ruled in the victims favor. Will let you know soon as I have the specific information.
