SEC. 5
(a) N GENERAL- Section 3456(a) of title 18, United Slates Code, is amended —
. (I) so that paragraph (I) reads as follows:
(IXA) la any investigation of— (l)(1) a Federal health care offence; or (II) a Federal offense involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children,
tho Attorney General: or (ii) an offense under section 871 or 879, or a threat against a person tankard by the United States Secret Service under
paragraph (5) nr (6) of seairm .1(156, if the. Director of the Secret Service determines that the threat constituting the offense or the ducat against to
