Working with Jeff Bateman on finalizing dock drawings for last site to make sure we arc good and clear
of ESA listed species. Unfortunately we aren't going to be able to submit until we get the NOVA issue
with CZM and COE resolved.
As to the cable, there has been some confusion. For some reason Hugo Hodge got informed the cable project was
on hold and everything came to a halt. I have told him its a go. And I am just waiting on the cable
specs and landing needs.
