Good Afternoon,
Regarding the final grade on the North- Eastern point below the main
Compound.
I suggest planting rows of sea grape
To look like vineyard rows, horizontally along the New Hill, where the
lines were once painted.
With Hydroseeded Bermuda Grass in between the Rows.
This will hold back erosion, and will help maintain the integrity of
the excavated shape of the hillside.
Sea Grape is also the best possible species for that area which is
subjected to so much wind and salt spray.
Trees and Palms an shrubs from Ms.Vaccarino could then be planted
in conjunction.
These are example pictures of one
Of Ritz Carlton's properties, where they have done something similar.
If you like this idea, let me
Know and we can make it happen.
Thank You,
