Good afternoon Jeffrey. Leon gave me the go to wire funds to you. Two things: I have a service
agreement letter that Paul Weiss drafted which I don't think you have seen. I want to make sure you
are Ok with it, have a question before I send it. Second, just want to check that wire should go to the
Financial Trust Company at JPM acct. Correct? Separately, we are writing estimated tax payment
checks and want to touch base with you re sourcing funding for them. Thanks.
