Woody Allen and his wife and daughter were here yesterday. The daughter is charming and well spoken.
For some reason she is considering art schools, in addition to to first rate art programs in an otherwise
fine colleges or universities.
I urged her to stay away from pure pre-professional art schools. If she wants to become a
designer/illustrator/artist she needs to go to one of a few fine places that have great faculties and first
class art students, and where she can study other stuff, particularly computer science. We put together a
list.
I saw them for about 50 minutes and then they went on the college tour. Let me know if you got any
feedback. I had the impression that the visit went well.
If she wants to come to Bard, let me know. I think she would do well.
