Actually she doesn't have to return to China,she can apply US visa in Paris,she needs to do a
interview at the US consulates the visa fee is 160$,they also ask the -
• Proof that the patient's transportation, medical, and living expenses in the United States
will be paid. This may be in the form of bank or other statements of income/savings or
certified copies of income tax returns (either the patient's or the person or organization
paying for the treatment).
• • She can't give this proofI think for this moment(2000$ minimum in the bank account)
