Dear Soon Yi,
We are pleased to know that you are coming for dinner with Jeffrey this coming Tuesday. In an effort to
provide a better overall experience we would like to offer you an individual 3 course dinner serving, in
which our staff has been trained for the past week.
As you already know, we currently do not have a chef and will be ordering the food from the outside.
Please let me know if you have a specific restaurant that you would like us to order the food from, and I
will send you their menu to let you choose a starter and a main corse. Otherwise, I can provide you with
some options from the places that we usually order from.
If there is anything else we can assist you with to make your time more enjoyable, please do not hesitate
