Oui c'est bien celui-là.
Le Château est dans un état moyen, il y a 500 hectares de terres agricoles et 200 hectares
de bois.
Il me dit que le Château n'a pas grand intérêt mais les terres ont un bon potentiel à moyen
et long terme.
