commiction of the New Maintenance and Workshop Building.
Iliac are the components that must be included in the bid:
Demolition of the existing building, including the existing 60X80 floor slab
Excavation and compaction of soil for foundation

Erection and constriction costs
Ifie questions that have been created due to your request, that need your advisement are the following:
I. the drawings presently show the 74 by 80 foot building merged into the existing wreck shop. The wreck shop will have new sheathing to match the new
building. There is also an infill where Jamdian is proposing to place the Landscaping Shop. Do you wish for the existing buildings to in fact mccive Dew
sheathing to merge with the new building, or for the new building to stand alone?
2. In order to complete the final design, which would include the foundation design and building permit set, Jaredian is respectfully requesting your
consideration and decision on one of the Steel fabrication building companies.
3. Jaredian is also respectfedly requesting you to sign the C7kf application for the new Minor permit for this new Maintenance and Workshop building.
The process for obtaining that permit is 2 months. This process should be started as soon as possible. We will have the application for your review and
signature on your return.
In the meanwhile, Jaredian will schedule to meet with Anna and Danny to determine the elcchicalinechanical requirements.
For the purposes of budget, an this stage, the best guess at building cost for this t)pc of stricture is approximately 5150 per square foot:
74 X 80 feet - 3,920 square feet at SI3Oloot - 5888,000.
In order to establish a fixed cost or budget for this project, the drawings will need to be completed in their entirety, where bids can be solicited from
contractors, mooned= utilizing the Constriction Management Guaranteed hraximtm Price (LIMP) outlined in landiaa's correspondence.
Respectfully, Daphne
