I think what you say makes great sense. But David now wants to see everything in writing and
signed. So he took the Gunderson document, had his lawyer edit it two ways, signed both copies
and told me to forward to Steve Ray. Boris can counter, initial and sign. Or propose and sign
something new. Or do nothing, I guess. I give up!! :)
