regarding june 15th start for better roads anna and daphne have begun to make previsions
total price of 525,000 - the last discussions we had were about attempting to lower cost of job
due to decrease in fuel prices...
i am concerned that if i send 1/3 deposit of 175,000 i will lose ability to negotiate at a later date
please advise if i shall send funds or attempt to negotiate 525,000 cost
